📦 Shipping Coverage

Fulu Online Shop currently ships to all major cities and provinces across the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
• Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–7 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier schedules, weather, or logistical disruptions.

💳 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
• You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

🚚 Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers including LBC, J&T Express, Ninja Van, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📌 Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and item weight
• Free shipping: Available for select items or promotions (as indicated on product pages)

📦 Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will reattempt up to two times
• After multiple failed attempts, the item will be returned to our warehouse and marked for cancellation or rescheduling

🛡 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
• Provide photos and your order number
• We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as needed
