Order & Returns

Placing an order on Fulu is easy and convenient. You can shop through the Fulu website. Here are the steps:
1. Find your product: Browse or search for the item you want to buy.
2. Tap “Buy Now”: Choose your product and tap "Buy Now" (or "Add to Cart" if you want to shop more first).
3. Fill in delivery details: Enter your name, phone number, and shipping address. Tap "Save" when done.
4. Apply vouchers (if any): Enter a voucher code if you have one.
5. Choose payment & place order: Pick a payment method, check the total amount, then tap "Place Order" to confirm your purchase.
 

To cancel or change your order on Fulu, follow these steps:
Cancellation:
1. Go to Account > My Orders.
2. Select the item or order you want to cancel.
3. Tap the Cancel button.
4. Choose a reason for cancellation.
5. Confirm your cancellation.
Once done, you'll receive a notification and your refund will begin processing automatically.
Changes:
1. To make a change, email support@fulu.services within 24 hours.n the Change Address button.

📌Step 1: Check if Your Item Can Be Returned 

1. Log in to your Fulu account. 

2. Go to Account → View All Orders. 

3. Find the item you want to return and tap Return/Refund. If there is no "Return/ refund" button, it means that it has passed the return period and cannot be returned. Return Conditions: 

• Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. 

• Keep the packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Tip: Always keep the original packaging and all included items until you're sure you won't return the product. 

📌Step 2: Email support@fulu.services with a copy of your sales receipt and a phone number where you can be reached within 24 hours.

📌Step 3: Get Your Refund Once your return is approved: • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. • Processing time: Usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
