🔄 Fulu Online Shop – Returns & Exchanges Policy
Effective Date: October 2025
Applies to: All purchases made via www.fulu.services and authorized Fulu merchant channels
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery
- The item is in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-returnable items include:
- Digital goods (e.g., e-vouchers, software licenses)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification
🔁 Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item (if available) or a similar item of equal value
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be settled before dispatch
- If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded via store credit
📦 Return Process
- Submit a Request
Email support@fulu.ph or contact our merchant partner with your order number, item details, and reason for return. - Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Code (RAC) if eligible. - Ship the Item
Return the item to the address provided, using a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are:- Covered by Fulu if the item is defective or incorrect
- Shouldered by the customer for voluntary returns or exchanges
- Inspection & Resolution
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on customer preference
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
📌 Additional Notes
- Fulu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
- For items purchased via third-party platforms, please coordinate directly with the respective seller
- For bulk or B2B orders, customized terms may apply—please refer to your merchant agreement
